Orangebd Support Ticket System
We are delighted to announce that as per management decision a new Support Ticket System for Orangebd is going to be launched for the internal users (employees) as well as our clients. In this connection a sub-domain (http://helpdesk.orangebd.com) is already added by maintaining the standard environment so that anyone can easily migrate into it.
To introduce the new system an in-house presentation (conducted by Business Development Team) took place at the Orangebd conference room on 13/11/2012. In the session Md. Mahamudul Hasan on behalf of the Business Development Team explained the total process as well as the Admin Panel for the different level of users. We are expecting this new system to go live from the very next week.
